Angela passed away on Monday 11th after a 3 year battle with cancer.For those who knew her you will know that she always had a smile on her face no matter how she was feeling and always wanted to assist no matter what.
Her funeral was held on Monday the 18th at the Bunurong Memorial Park at 12 noon and was well attended by our members, many in their Classic cars.Afterwards John and Luke invited all back to the Cranbourne Soccer Club for light refreshments and a chance to catch up and also share our happy memories of a lovely lady.The large number of people from all aspects of her life who came to say a last goodbye to Angels was a powerful testament to the affection in which she was held.

This is the second Annual Isabella and Marcus Fundraiser Classic Car Day.A great day in a worthy cause! Fletch from Classic Restos on Ch 31 will be there filming and gates open at 8.30am.
We will be leaving BP Skye at 8.00am

All drivers must be over 18 years of age, if not they must be acccompanied by a Parent or Guardian
Minimum personal protective equipment required for competitors: Drivers – long trousers, long sleeve shirt or jacket, enclosed shoes and an approved crash helmet, Motorcycle Riders – long pants, motorcycle approved jacket, gloves, boots and an approved crash helmet.
Gates Open: 8.30am
Scrutineering: 10.00am to 3.00pm
Racing: 11.00pm to 4.00pm

LEAVE BP SKYE at 6.30am Sharp
On the 14th April there is a group heading up to Heathcote for the Test & Tune day, they will be leaving at about 6.30am to get there before the mad rush,for those that are not going there is another group of us heading off to Rosebud for the Rosebud Rock’N’Rods Festival, we are leaving BP Skye at approx 9.30am, there will be 3 bands playing (Step Back – Rockin Daddies & Blackhill Ramblers) all profits go to the Rosebud Hospital – display car drivers free entry – $10.00 all others, under 12 free
A cruise to an unknown destination with some interesting stops along the way! Leaving at BP Skye at 10.30 am and all you need is a chair to sit on and BYO alcoholic drink for the BBQ at the end if you wish. All food, Tea , Coffee and soft drink provided at no cost!
19th may – The Meltdown at the Ferntree Gully Hotel – this is a very popular event, the car park becomes a massive show n shine of old cars, free entry into the car park with some trade stalls. We will leave BP Skye @ 10.30am
26th May – the Classic & Rod Club Swap Meet / Show N Shine at the Hamilton Ranch – 20 Lynes Rd, (cnr Sth Gippsland Hwy & Lynes Rd) Tooradin. Book a space, clean out your cupboards or your shed, or set up a stall of something you make yourself! – bring your old stuff to sell, enjoy the country atmosphere, bring your car – $10.00 per site – show cars $5.00 per car, everyday cars off street parking and $2 entry per Adult
All entry and site fees go to the Club but all sales profits are yours so come prepared to buy and sell and hopefully we all win!. To book a site call Sam 0400 551515 or Scott 0449 857 452

BBQ, steaks, burgers , snags plus dessert. $5.00 a head, and soft drinks $1 a can, Tea and Coffee free.
We will cruise down to King’s creek Hotel,Hastings for a great meal and a get together. The club will be paying up to $30 a head for each paid up member.There is a games room for the kids, where they can play while parents have a bit of a break so don’t miss this one!
We will leave BP Skye no later than 11.30 am to be in Hastings by Midday and there will be a sectioned area of the car park for your Classics. Raffles will be held during this event so come along for a great afternoon!
Friday at the end of each month is BBQ Night!Bring along family and friends for a get together.Soft drinks $1, BBQ $5 a head and free Tea and Coffee! Let Sam know numbers ASAP for catering.
