Sunday 2nd March is the 4 th Annual Isabella & Marcus Fund Classic Car DayThis is a fantastic event held to help raise funds to go towards research for Brainstem Tumours in Children. Entry is $20.00 per car, gates open at 8.30am. Departing BP Skye, Cnr Hall Rd & Western Port Hwy, Skye at 8.30am& head to Bonbeach Sports Reserve, Oval 5, Bondi Rd, Bonbeach (Fletch from Classic Resto’s will be there filming on the day

Our last cruise night for the season at the Cranbourne Soccer Club – starts from 5pm till late, great family atmosphere, music, raffles prizes, fresh hot food, great cars & catch up with friends. $5.00 per car, $2.00 per walk in
Sunday 30th March Throttlers Charity Car Show
The Throttlers are holding a Charity Car Show at the National Water Sports Centre – Bangholme (Melway Ref 97K2) Adults $10 .00 – Under 18 Free, gates open at 8.30am – all car show profits will be donated to the RCH Good Friday Appeal.

Friday 18th April is the Rockin Suzies Good Friday Appeal
The Good Friday appeal is on again, this is a fantastic event raising money for the Royal Children’s Hospital Good Friday Appeal. Gates open at 10.00am till 10.00pm. $10.00 per Driver & $15.00 per passenger, under are 16 free. This price gets you in to the whole day including the bands playing at the rock n roll dance. This is a great family day out, plenty of things to keep the kids amused as well as the big kids.

Sunday 27th April is the Poker Run
For those of you have been on our previous Poker Runs you know they are a fun filled day & you never know where you will end up or how the day will pan out. We will meet at BP Skye at 8.30am for a 9.00am departure. Refreshments provided along the way so let Sam know ASAP if you are coming so he can organise the catering. Don’t miss this one – it is always a great event!
Sunday 4th May – Open Day at TGS Muscle Cars – Moorabbin
It’s on again – TGS Muscle Cars is having an open day, after such a great success of their first one. Tony & his crew are again putting on a BBQ & opening up their shop for the Classic & Rod Club & alike car enthusiasts, not only does he import and sell American Cars but also has a very large stock holding of American Memorabilia, Pin Ball Machines, Coca Cola products, old school bikes, Neon Signs etc. We will leave BP Skye @ 10.30am approx. Saturday 17th May – Rock n Bowl
We are off Ten Pin Bowling at Oz Ten Pin Bowling,14 Lauderdale Rd, Narre Warren, starts at 7.00pm for anybody that wants to come along for a great family night out for a couple of games & a good old laugh – IT’S ON US (the club will be paying for any member that want to come along for bowl) we will need numbers as time gets closer to the day – stay tuned for the text
Sunday 18th May – Rockabilly Meltdown
The Classic & Rod Club will be hosting the Show n Shine on the Sunday 18th May as part of the Rockabilly Meltdown, this will be held at Shoppingtown Hotel, 13 – 21 Williamsons Rd, Doncaster (opposite Westfield Shopping Centre) gates open at 10.00am – 6.00pm approx, Entry is $10.00 per car, this is for classic car enthusiasts (chrome bumper)
Sunday 25th May – CRCV Show n Shine
We have been asked as a Club to put our cars on show at Caribbean Gardens – Stud Rd, Scoresby, we have 2 designated areas for display purposes, we will be leaving BP Skye @ 8.30am or you can meet us there, entry is $2.50 per adult & $1.00 for seniors and children under 13, there are many things for all to do, the Market itself, rides for the kids, food stalls, a great family day for all ages.
Sunday 13th July – out to Lunch at Puffing Billy
We are off for a picnic lunch at Puffing Billy – Gembrook – 60 Main Street, Gembrook, either bring along a picnic lunch or buy lunch up at Gembrook, what a great way to spend a Sunday afternoon with family & friends at such a great place, leaving BP Skye at 10.30am
