Well its that time of the year again. The AGM (annual general meeting) is whereby all members are invited to come along and have an input or say or have any suggestions to be talked about for the better of the club. The meeting will start at 1pm and once all formalities are finished a bbq will be put on for those that want to stay back. please note this is for paid up members only, no renewals will be taken on the day.
Its our pre Fathers Day & last Friday of the month BBQ at the club house, so come along for a fun filled night catching up with other members, making new friends and a good night, great food, great raffle prises, great people.
Saturday 8th September, SouvlakiHut Keysborough Charity Car Show for Canteen (Cancer is different in a young person’s world), come along for a fantastic fundraiser event, while you’re there grab a bite to eat and help support a great cause – starts at 11am till 4pm.
Sunday 16th September we are off to the Werribee Zoo. This is a great place for the whole family, come along for a fun filled day wandering through all the different areas, hop on the Safari Bus which will go through the different wild life and their natural habitats. Keep an eye out for the text about numbers
Its our Pre Grand Final Pie night, come dressed in your footy team colours & lets get into the Grand Final Spirit, How else better to celebrate the Grand Final – yes you got it, Meat Pies, Sausage Rolls and Hot Dogs. So come on for a bit of fun, there will be great raffle prises and good old fashion fun.
Well off we go again – the Cruise Nites are back for another season, bring along your classic car (Chrome Bumper & or Aussie – American Muscle) meet old friends, make new friends, catch up with other like minded people, bring your family along, great family atmosphere, great food, raffle prises and music. This is strictly a NO BYO and NO PETS allowed as per council law. Entry is $5 per car load of people or $2 per walkin 16 an over.
Friday 26th October is our last Friday of the Month BBQ/ Halloween – come along to the club house for a fun filled night, get dressed in your scariest costume get into the Halloween theme, all starts from 6.00pm – great raffle prizes, great food, great music & very family friendly night, all for only $5.00 per head, keep an eye for text asking for numbers for who can make it.
All Classic & Rod Club Members, we have been invited to put our Classic Cars on display in conjunction with the FX/FJ State Titles, Imagine the amount of chrome that will be out on display, you will need to wear your sunny’s for this event. Proceeds from this day will be going to the SES Cranbourne, so lets get behind this event & help raise money for a well deserved organization. Entry is $15.00 per display car – look out for it on face book.
The Iconic Bright Rod Run is on again from the 9th November to the 11th November, this is a fantastic event for all who enjoy old school cars, great family atmosphere, great location, if you haven’t been its a place definitely to put on your to do list.
Come along for a fun filled day out up in the hills, its a great day out soaking up all that country air, all the local produce & a very relaxing drive in your classic car
