the New Year’s Day Annual Picnic in the Park, Mornington Park. (Mel Ref: 104 D10), for those that can wake up nice and early, this is a big event so the earlier you get there the better, Leaving BP Skye at 8.30am
WEDNESDAY 18th January, the 4th Cruize Nite of the season is here, from 5pm onwards at the Casey Comets Soccer Grounds bring along your classic car (Chrome Bumper & or American/Aussie Muscle Car) $5 per car load or $2 per walk-in for a great evening with other likeminded car enthusiasts, the bar will be open, fresh hot cooked food, raffle prizes, music & great company – what more do you want. This is a family friendly event like all events we host and or go to – we will not tolerate any stupidity from people leaving at the end of the night – your details will gladly be handed to the Authorities, proceeds from this event go to the Casey Comets Soccer Club.
Thursday 26th January is our Australia Day run to Gumbuya Park. This is an awesome day for the whole family, a great place to cruise to with your classic car, gates open at 9am – cost: to park only is $18.00 per adult, $9.00 child (4-15) $12.00 seniors, $14.50 Concession & $55.00 Family – We will leave BP Skye 8am
Friday 27th January is the last Friday of the month BBQ at the Club House, come along for a fun filled evening with other like minded members, starting at 6pm
Sunday 4th February is the Lang Lang Show n’ Shine at the Lang Lang Show Grounds. Get their early so you don’t miss out on a spot to park your classic car.

Sunday 19th February, The Classic & Rod Club’s 11th Show n’ Shine @ the Lunar Drive In – Dandenong,115 Sth Gippsland Hwy, Dandenong
(Mel Ref 95 H2) Gates open 3.00pm, Entry: $25.00 per car load – $10.00 bike
Note: This price applies until 7.30pm only, then reverts to normal entry price. This event is HUGE. Stalls holders, show bags, raffles, trophies & giveaways. Then, top off the evening by relaxing in or outside your car & watching a movie or two on one of the 4 huge screens.
This is all included in your entry fee. Food and Drink are available at the Kiosk. A great family outing!
Friday 24th February, Last Friday of the Month BBQ at the Club House. As usual $5. per head for all the food you can eat, great time to chill out, relax with other club members, catch up with old friends & make new ones.
Wednesday 15th March 2017 – 5.00pm, Last Cruise night for the season at the Cranbourne Soccer Club, show cars ($5.00) enter via Cemetery Rd and general public ($2.00) enter via O’tooles Rd, Cranbourne, hot food and drinks available. Great raffle prizes and music – STRICTLY NO BYO – NO PETS ALLOWED as per council law , This is a CHROME BUMPER and or American/Aussie Muscle event – proceeds go to the Cranbourne Soccer Club – please note all cars entering and leaving ground are on CCTV for security purposes, should you wish act like a HOON your details are accessible by the authorities
